Harry Potter.

Hello everyone!

Today I thought I'd address one of my biggest obsessions; Harry Potter. I've read the books countless times and have seen all the movies enough times to say the lines along with the characters (Which Alexander doesn't appreciate sometimes, lol). This past weekend was ABC's Harry Potter weekend where they play the movies all weekend and they usually add in the deleted scenes as well, which is exciting for me to look for while I'm watching. Alex and I spent the whole time analyzing the movies and discussing them compared to the books because I'm currently re-reading the series again! At this very moment in fact I'm wearing my Hogwarts school t-shirt! 

I also have a sweater like this & a Harry potter Snuggie!

As a child and teenager the books were an escape for me. I was very quiet, shy, and usually kept to myself so I fell in love with the wizarding world. So, turning 11 and not receiving my Hogwarts letter was the most disappointing thing. But you can find them on Etsy! I have an account on Pottermore & was placed into the Hufflepuff house which I couldn't be more excited about! A tid bit of random info as well is that I share my birthday with Daniel Radcliffe! To top it all off on my 20th birthday I got a Harry potter tattoo & I love it so much.

Changes.

Hello everyone! 

Yesterday I was going through some of my dresser and desk drawers and came across an old drivers licenses. I was stunned looking at the person in the photo because it's only from maybe two years ago and I feel like I have changed so much. It's crazy to me how different we can look over time, and for me I feel like I can look back and remember different versions of myself. I don't think I have learned so much about myself and who I am more than I have since I turned 20. Tomorrow I will be 23 and in these past 3 years I have had so many experiences and I always remind myself to stay open minded because in doing so I feel like I've learned so much and still have so much to learn in life. Anyways, on to the photos! 

So, in my drivers license I'm about 20 pounds heavier and two years younger but the difference amazes me! I'm proud of how far I've come and my makeup skills have improved as well! Although I know it's rare to honestly take a good drivers licenses photo but you have to admit my eyes look odd, not sure if it's the printing or I was squinting!

Hello everyone! 

So, my birthday is in 3 days! I'm so excited! What's even more exciting is that Alexander & my eight year anniversary is in 4 days! I can't believe I've got to spend the past 8 years with this amazing man. He asked me out at 2:09am on July 24th, 2007(Yes, I remember the exact time, I'm a little obsessed with us!). I had just turned 15 and he was 14 at the time. I feel so special because he was and has been my one and only boyfriend. He was my first kiss and I'm lucky enough to kiss him everyday. We went to his cousins wedding about a week ago & had an amazing time. But we got to get all dressed up so here's a picture from the wedding! :)

Anyways, lately I've been really interested in Swagbucks! If you haven't heard of it it's a website that you can earn point or Swagbucks to get gift cards and products! I had used it a few years back but never really got into it but there seems to be more point earning opportunities now & i've managed to earn quite a few points in just the week or so that i've been using it! Points can be earned by using their search engine, which is powered by Google. Plus any online shopping through the site or watching videos and playing games can earn you points! I have yet to gain as many points as I'd like to receive my gift but I hope once I do that it actually works. I'll let you all know once I get to that point if your interested or want to know if its worth the time before you start! Either way the site is fun for those who like surveys and earning pretty effortlessly like I do!

Start!

So, this is my first blog post I suppose. Well, the first post on this blog. I have attempted to blog in the past and I never kept up with it. But I love blogging so I am going to try this again! If you come by here and I am consistently posting you can expect to see an array of different topics. I love signing up for free products and have successfully received a lot of products. I'm also a part of a few survey/product review websites that I will be reviewing products from. They are really fun & a great way to save money! I'll share some of the sites I use and maybe some tips in the future. Another thing I'd like to try is crafting! When I was younger crafts were a big part of my life and as I've gotten older I just don't make time for it. So, I'd like to experiment with crafts and share it with you! There might be some random posts that you find interesting or I just feel like sharing. Whatever it is I hope you enjoy it! Now, let me tell you a bit about myself..

My name is Kayla Marie English and I live in Richmond, Michigan. I was born on July 23rd, 1992 and am currently working at Subway. I have an incredible boyfriend, Alexander, who is my rock and my life. July 24th will be our 8 year anniversary! Currently we are just trying to save up money by working as much as possible to afford a new car and possibly in the future move to California. Hopefully you can learn more about me as I continue blogging, I don't want to bore anyone with it now.
